Written for patients by sleep disorders experts and a patient.

A week before my first sleep study, I ordered your book -- and all I can say is "Thank God you have provided this information." I went to my first sleep study knowing what to expect. I went to the second one knowing what to expect. I went for my pulmonologist appointment, knowing what to ask and look at with my hypnogram (a word that I used with my doctor, and he was astonished!!!) The experience of being on the CPAP machine for the first 15 days was very easy for me, as your book answered questions that I didn't even know to ask!

After several weeks, my treatment is going amazing. I am one of the lucky ones to take to the CPAP immediately and see results right away! I sleep a good 6-8 hours a night without waking up once, and I am actually pleasant in the mornings (my husband is still getting over that one!!). Only because of a major head cold, I've had only two nights without the CPAP -- and the hints from your FAQ pages really helped me find solutions to clear out my sinuses, so it was only two nights!

I just wanted to say, "Thank you" for the information I gleaned from your book. It's easy to read, and in English, not Doctor-ease!!!! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!!--Jewely
